The Inventory module manages inventory costs and quantities on hand, on orders from suppliers, sales orders from customers, and the supply and demand of any manufacturing activity that you may have.
Sales Order Management
The Sales Order module is versatile and manages orders from quotations to delivery to invoice. It has a range of standard order documents or which can be customized. The Order Management system controls orders, backorders, scheduled orders and has a powerful configuration ability, powered by the Product Definition module.
The Sales Analysis module summarizes your sales with standard reports by customer, product class, and salesperson. It also allows you to develop custom reports. You also have access to detailed sales analysis by customer or product with several built-in detailed reports.
Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
The EDI module stages and manages orders received from web stores and EDI partners. Once approved, the sales orders are seamlessly created in the Order Management module
Purchase Order Management
The Purchase Order manages and plans the replenishment of inventory from suppliers and your manufacturing facility, if applicable.
The included replenishment planning optimizes inventory on hand so that you don't have too much or too little stock on hand and can maintain high service levels with the lowest possible stock on hand.

With our existing system about to implode, getting up and running in less than four weeks with Aquilon saved the day. I was told straight up that conversion and implementation would take a month, giving me a realistic sense of what to expect. Initially the plan was to keep both the old and new systems running for a month to catch any discrepancies. But things went so smoothly we were able to reduce the period of overlap to a few weeks. In the end everything was on schedule. I was really impressed.
Like any new system, it takes time to get used to how it works, but with training and direction from Aquilon’s support staff, we went live quickly and now rely on the software on a real-time basis. With the Excel and PDF export capabilities, it’s easy to generate the required data to satisfy our ad hoc information needs.
